Vision and Mission: Aim, Objectives, and Scope
The formation of “Society for Progressive Letters” and The SPL Journal of Literary Hermeneutics are not just academic venture, it is all about dreaming for a better future, a better understanding, harmony and happiness. We wish to create a better academic community than ever before. We intend to stand with the strong case of humanities. Subjects of humanities make us learn about the values of cultures around the world, they tell us how the work of art is created, how history is made and recorded. They tell us about the past records and help us understand the world and the people in the world. Literature teaches us how to imagine a better future. For this re-imagination, we need to create stories, stories that would be exemplary, we have to give their just critique. We, therefore, envision this with you and also cordially invite you to work together on this DREAM come true PROJECT.
Aim
The SPL Journal of Literary Hermeneutics aims to foster a deeper understanding of literature through interpretative and critical approaches. It seeks to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and academicians to explore the nuances of literary hermeneutics and engage in meaningful discourse on literary texts, theories, and interdisciplinary perspectives. The journal aspires to strengthen the humanities by emphasizing the role of literature in shaping cultural narratives, human experiences, and intellectual discourse.
